TJR says

Any promise that was shown on the preceding “Back In The USA” is all but gone here on this wholly RAWK affair; their revered status as inspirational Punk gods is unmerited as far as my ears can tell. Only “Skunk (Sonicly Speaking)” strikes a chord for me, bursting into life with a whole lot of trombone, trumpet, sax and whatnot. The album sunk without trace, hard drugs took over the band members' lives, and within a year they'd split up, some winding up in the jail on drug charges. Uncool.
