TJR says

The second album from the 25-year-old London-based New Zealander, released in October, 1982. Hans Zimmer, who had played on his solo debut, co-produced and contributed keyboards in a guitar-free zone. His poems-turned-songs are pretty much as New Romantic as New Romantic gets, I'm just not into it.
